Shipping costs depend on the country your order needs to be shipped to:
Netherlands: €5.95 - free shipping from €100
Belgium: €9.95 - free shipping from €200
All other European countries (excl. Bulgaria): €18.95
Outside the EU: no shipping possible at this time
When we ship your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace on the email address you provided. We ship with PostNL.
Most packages are letterbox packages and fortunately you do not have to stay home for them. If you have ordered multiple items, or larger items and it does not fit in a letterbox package, PostNL will make 1 delivery attempt. If you are not home, check in the PostNL app, at which neighbors and/or service point they have left the package. Then try to pick up your package as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order. We do not have a visiting address.
Orders outside the Netherlands
For orders to countries outside the Netherlands, customs duties, taxes and other charges may apply. These charges can vary greatly and are often based on the price and type of item, the weight and dimensions of the package, the country of origin and the taxes, levies and surcharges of the country of destination. These charges are for the account of the customer and are also non-refundable in case of a return.
* NOOFF® is not liable if delivery takes place at a later time. NOOFF® has the right to deliver the order up to 30 days after the order without being notified of default by the customer. If the term is exceeded, the customer will receive written confirmation. The customer can then cancel the agreement free of charge. The customer will then receive the paid amount back within a few working days.

De lijnen van Nooff zijn echt super. Helemaal naar wens. Vooral de lengte is fijn, in de winkel heb je altijd alleen maar de standaard lengtes. Super degelijk materiaal en heel goed schoon te maken!

Na al een poosje getwijfeld te hebben om een Nooff tasje te kopen, was de twijfel weg nadat er 2 nieuwe kleuren bij waren gekomen en ik met een eerder aangeschaft, veel goedkoper maar onhandig tasje, niets deed! Wat is dit tasje handig zeg!!! Genoeg ruimte/vakjes om mobiel, sleutels, handschoenen, voertjes voor de hond, en poepzakjes en hondenfluitje mee te nemen. De schouderriem is instelbaar dus je kan hem dragen zoals je wilt. Je kan er eenvoudig mee door de regen lopen, alles blijft droog! Top tasje!
Dankzij het pro-actieve meedenken van Nooff, hebben we nu een prachtige en goed passende halsband voor onze Golden Retriever.
Wij zijn heel blij met de halsband en riem voor onze Golden Retriever. Staan prachtig en ook fijn dat Nooff pro-actief mee dacht over de maatvoering.
Mooi tuigje, zit goed. Veel beter dan het goedkope tuigje van het tuincentrum. Ik heb goed en snel advies gekregen via de app mbt tot het geschikte type tuigje en het opmeten. Tevreden over de aankoop en de snelle levering. Ik kom hier zeker terug voor de mooie halsbanden als onze hond volgroeid is!
Super blij met deze nieuwe tuigjes, en zeg nou zelf ze zijn toch geweldig?! Mooie tuigjes, zitten perfect, droge heel snel! Dat in combinatie met de service van Nooff maakt het weer perfect!
De biothane hondenriem met korthouder is een fraaie en fijn in de hand liggende riem. Achteraf had ik de riem beter in 3 m lengte kunnen kiezen i.p.v. 4 m. In de stad vind ik deze riem eigenlijk wat te lang, maar dat is achteraf. Dat doet niets af aan de kwaliteit van de riem! Intussen al een paar bestellingen gedaan en ik vind de service ook TOP!
Na twee kleine tasjes verloren te zijn ging ik voor de schoudertas van Nooff. Wat is deze handig mijn spullen kunnen mee, genoeg snoepjes voor de hond en het vakje blijft ook open staan. Het tasje is waterafstotend en is makkelijk afneembaar.
Had ik maar eerder dit tasje gehad!
Izzy (vizsla van 16 maanden) kan hier lekker haar energie mee kwijt en is dol op haar nieuwe speeltje. Door het elastiek is het ook voor ons als baasje fijn. We kregen het speeltje een dag na het bestellen al binnen, super!
Ik vind dit een prachtige kleur heuptas. Past overal bij. Lichtgewicht en ruim. Fijn dat het waterafstotend is. Een goede indeling in het tasje. Heel geschikt voor wandelingen met de hond!
