Returns & Returns Policy
Products in our range that are not custom made can be returned under certain conditions.
This concerns:
- NOOFF® Dog Reward Bags
- NOOFF® Dog Caves
- NOOFF® Poop Bag Holders
- NOOFF® Laundry Bag XL
- All products dog coats and harnesses from the brand Non-stop Dogwear
- Orbiloc brand dog lights and accessories (only in unopened packaging)
- drinking bottles from the Springer brand
- toys from the Tugg-e-Nuff brand , if not used
- Acme whistles (only in unopened packages)
Return conditions: Please take the following points into account when you want to return a product.
- Please return the product within 14 days. Only then can we process the return.
- Report your return to us as soon as possible. Send an email to: helllo@nooff.nl or fill in the contact form below. In the email, state the order number and the reason why you want to return the product.
- The return costs and risk are for you. We always recommend to return your product with Track&Trace.
- We can only accept returned products if
- they have not been used
- are in the original packaging
- in original condition including all labels, (price) tags and storage bags.
- NOOFF® thoroughly assesses all returns and reserves the right to withhold part or all of the purchase amount if the above conditions are not (or only partially) met.
All NOOFF® collars, leashes and/or long lines are made especially for you and your dog.
It is custom-made and therefore these products are exempt from the right of withdrawal (as described in our additional conditions). These products can therefore not be returned .
You can return the products to us under the following conditions:
- The product is unused. It is clean. Free of odors and hair.,
- The product is still completely complete including all labels (if applicable cardboard card and storage bag). You return the product in the original packaging as you received it after purchase.
Original packaging including all labels and (price) tags
When returning a product, it must be returned in its original packaging, including all labels and accessories. If something is missing or the product is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to partially or not refund the total amount or to issue a credit note.
Once we have received the package from you - in the condition as described above - we will refund the money within a few days to the same account you used to pay.
Returns are allowed, but the return costs and risk are for yourself. Return costs are the package costs that you have paid yourself to PostNL/DHL when you want to return a product or entire order. We do not charge extra handling costs to process your return, this is service.
We always recommend returning your product with Track&Trace, so that you can keep an eye on the package. If the package is lost or never arrives at our premises, we are not responsible for this. In that case, we cannot process your return shipment and therefore cannot pay you any amount.
You will only receive a refund for the shipping costs you paid if you return the entire order .
Some examples to clarify this:
- Example 1: you bought a reward bag worth €49.95 and paid €5.95 shipping costs. You return it and we will refund €49.95 + €5.95 = €55.90. This is because you returned the entire order.
- Example 2 : You bought a reward bag worth €49.95 and a poop bag holder worth €4.95 and you paid €5.95 shipping costs. You only return the reward bag and keep the poop bag holder. You will then receive €49.95 back from us, because you keep the poop bag holder.
Conclusion: If you keep 1 or more products from the order, and the final purchase amount is less than €100 in NL, the shipping costs will still be charged. We will deduct these costs from your refund.

Once we have received the package in good order and accepted the return, we will refund the money within a few days to the same account with which you paid. We will inform you about this by e-mail.
If you order from NOOFF® for more than €100 (Netherlands), you will receive free shipping. If you want to return part of your order, that is possible. Please note that the purchase amount will then be below €100, which means we will still have to charge the shipping costs.
Some examples to clarify this.
- Example 1: You buy a dog cave worth €229. You received free shipping because your order exceeds €100. You return the dog cave. You will then receive a refund: €229 because you are returning the entire order.
- Example 2: You buy a dog cave worth €229 and a treat bag worth €49.95. You received free shipping because your order exceeds €100. You return the dog cave, but keep the treat bag. You will then receive a refund: €229-€5.95=€223.05. Because if you had only bought the treat bag, you would have had to pay €5.95 shipping costs. Don't want this? Then it is important that you return the entire order and not keep 1 or more products.
- Example 3: You buy a dog cave worth €229 and a treat bag worth €49.95. Because your order exceeds €100, you received free shipping. You return the treat bag worth €49.95 but keep the dog cave worth €229. You will then receive a refund: €49.95. Because if you had only bought the dog cave, you would also have received free shipping.

Unfortunately, exchanging via our webshop is not possible. You can easily order a different size or color by placing a new order in our webshop.
